Measurements are taken with garments laid flat. Due to manual measuring and fabric elasticity, a standard variance tolerance of 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 in) is normal[cite: 32]. The crushed velvet fabric offers good elasticity for a form-fitting feel.

Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Pre-order or custom tailored orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has commenced.
