1. Order Processing Time

• The New Order (Pre-order items): Once your order is confirmed, we coordinate with our global partners to secure your items. It typically takes 7–14 business days for pre-order items to reach our central sorting center for quality inspection.

• The Archive (Thrifted items): As these items are already in our curated collection, they are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Mixed Orders (The New Order + The Archive): * To optimize your shipping costs, we offer a Ship Together option.

  • If you prefer to receive your Archive items immediately, please place two separate orders.

  • Please note: For mixed orders, your package will be held until the pre-order items arrive. This typically requires an additional wait time of 1 week after the pre-order items reach our center for consolidation.

2. All-Inclusive International Shipping (Taxes & Fees)

We believe in a transparent and stress-free shopping experience for our global community.

• Customs, Taxes & Duties: Unlike most international proxies, Angel Lust takes full responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These costs are already calculated and included in your final shipping fee at checkout.

• Cost Stability: In the rare event that unexpected additional charges occur during the import process, our team will proactively handle the logistics. We will notify you of any necessary payment adjustments before final delivery. No hidden fees at your doorstep.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We ship to most international destinations with trusted global carriers.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination. This fee is “All-Inclusive” (Shipping + Taxes + Handling).

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched from our center, international delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local postal efficiency.

Every item (New or Archive) undergoes a rigorous inspection by our team before leaving our facility:

A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS once your package is dispatched. You can monitor your package’s progress through our website’s tracking portal or the carrier’s official site.
