1. ORDERING & STATUS

  • Are your items in stock or pre-order? 

  • Most items at Angel Lust are Pre-order. We act as an intermediary to source high-concept pieces from international designers. Pre-order items typically take 7–14 business days to arrive at our facility. Items in “The Archive” or marked as “Ready to Ship” are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • How do I know if my order has been processed? 

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after payment. Within 24 hours, your order is locked with our suppliers.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

  • You have a 24-hour window to cancel and a 12-hour window to modify size/color. After this period, we cannot make changes as the order is already in the international logistics chain.

2. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • Do I have to pay customs taxes? No. At Angel Lust, our shipping fees are all-inclusive. We take care of all import duties and taxes on your behalf. There are no hidden fees upon delivery.

  • Why is my mixed order taking longer? If your order contains both Archive (Thrifted) and New (Pre-order) items, we ship them together to save you shipping costs. This adds a consolidation wait time of approximately 1 week after the pre-order items arrive at our center.

  • How can I track my package? Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your journey through our website’s tracking portal.

3. THE ARCHIVE (THRIFTED ITEMS)

  • What is the condition of “The Archive” items? Every piece is hand-picked, professionally laundered, and graded:

    • Mint: Like new, no signs of wear.

    • Excellent: Very minor signs of previous use.

    • Very Good: Visible minor flaws (always noted in the description).

  • Are Archive items authentic? Yes. We specialize in sourcing authentic vintage Gothic & Lolita brands (e.g., Putumayo, h.NAOTO, vintage Alice and the Pirates). We vet every piece for authenticity before listing.

  • Can I return Archive items? No. All sales from The Archive are Final Sale. Please review the measurements and grading carefully.

4. SOURCING & CUSTOM REQUESTS

  • Can you find a specific item for me? Yes! We love hunting for rare pieces. If you saw a dress on a brand’s Weibo or a vintage item on a Japanese auction, DM us on Instagram (@ord.nunu) with a photo. Our team will check our global network for availability.

  • How do deposits work for custom sourcing? For items sourced via request, we require a 50% or 100% deposit depending on the item’s rarity. This deposit is non-refundable once the item is secured from the seller.

5. SIZING & FIT

  • How do I choose the right size? Gothic & Lolita brands often have rigid silhouettes. Always refer to our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we strongly recommend sizing up.

  • What if the item doesn’t fit? As per our Return Policy, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues if the garment matches the brand’s provided measurements.

  • What should I do if my item is damaged? Please ensure you have recorded your Mandatory Unboxing Video. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the video file.
