Service Definition: Angel Lust operates as a professional intermediary and curator. We source alternative sub-culture fashion (Gothic, Lolita, Y2K) from global suppliers (“The New Order”) and private vintage collectors (“The Archive”).
Stock Availability: Pre-order items are subject to availability from our global partners. If an item becomes permanently out of stock after your purchase, a 100% refund will be issued.
Currency: All prices are officially listed in USD ($).
All-Inclusive Policy: Prices at checkout include standard international shipping, handling, and estimated import duties/taxes.
Gateway: All payments are processed through PayPal. If you choose to pay via Credit/Debit card, the transaction is still executed securely through the PayPal guest checkout portal.
Consolidation: Mixed orders containing both New and Archive items will be held until all pieces arrive, resulting in an additional wait time of approximately 1 week.
Customs Compliance: While we cover standard duties, buyers are legally obligated to cooperate with local authorities if personal identification or extra documentation is requested for customs clearance. Refusal to cooperate or refusal of delivery voids your eligibility for a refund.
Sizing Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for reviewing our Size & Measurement Guide before purchasing. Angel Lust is not liable for garments that do not fit if they match the manufacturer’s size chart.
Shipping Damage: Once a package is handed over to the international carrier, Angel Lust is not responsible for transit damage or loss. However, we will assist you in filing claims using your Mandatory Unboxing Video as evidence.
