Due to hand assembly with natural feathers, slight length variations of 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in) may occur. Hair clips are one-size-fits-all and suitable for all age groups and hairstyle lengths.

In-stock items are thoroughly inspected and packaged within 2 to 5 business days. Custom-tailored or pre-order pieces require 2 to 4 weeks for production before dispatch.

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of package delivery.
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, makeup, or pet hair, with all original brand tags, laces, and accessories attached.
Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Pre-order or custom tailored orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has commenced.
