Refund and Returns Policy

At Angel Lust, we act as your professional gateway to the world of Gothic, Lolita, and Y2K fashion. To ensure a fair and transparent experience for our global community, our policies are aligned with international sub-culture retail standards.

1. MANDATORY: Unboxing Video

To process any claim regarding missing items, wrong models, or defects, a clear and uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and tracking number.

  • You must inspect the items in one continuous shot immediately upon opening the package.

  • Claims without a valid, uncut unboxing video will be automatically declined.


2. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Cancellation: You may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of payment. After this window, the order is locked with our international suppliers and cannot be canceled.

  • Modification: Requests to change Size or Color are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.

  • Archive/Ready-to-Ship: Orders for items in “The Archive” or “Ready to Ship” cannot be modified or canceled once the shipping process has begun.


3. “The Archive” Policy (Thrifted/Vintage)

ALL SALES FROM “THE ARCHIVE” ARE FINAL.

  • To maintain the exclusivity of our curated vintage collection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any Archive items.

  • These are pre-loved pieces. Minor signs of vintage character consistent with our provided condition grading are not considered defects.


4. Eligible Returns (New Pre-Order Items Only)

We only accept return/exchange requests for New Items within 48 hours of delivery for:

  • Major Manufacturing Defects: Large fabric tears or broken zippers.

  • Incorrect Items: Receiving a different size/color/model than confirmed.

  • Completeness: Items must be returned with all original accessories (detachable bows, belts, pins, etc.). Missing parts will result in a deduction from the refund.


5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer like the style or feel it does not suit you.

  • Incorrect Sizing: A variance of 1–3 cm from the size chart is an industry standard and is not eligible for a claim. Please check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Minor Variance: Small loose threads, tailor’s chalk marks, or slight color differences due to monitor settings/lighting.

  • Worn/Altered Items: Items must be unwashed, with tags intact and no odors (perfume, etc.).


6. Customs & Shipping Liability

  • Delivery Refusal: If you refuse to accept the package or fail to provide required ID/documentation to local customs, the package may be abandoned. No refund will be issued in these cases.

  • Shipping Damage: Angel Lust is not liable for damages caused by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier using your unboxing video as evidence.


7. Return Process & Refunds

  1. Report: DM us on Instagram (@ord.nunu) with your order number and unboxing video within 48 hours.

  2. Review: Our team will review the claim with the manufacturer (3–5 business days).

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Refund: Initial shipping fees and non-recoverable customs taxes paid by Angel Lust on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
